Tire shops sell and install new tires, patch punctures, balance wheels and, at most locations, align the suspension. Prices are quoted per tire plus mounting, balancing, valve stems and a disposal fee for the old set; many shops price-match and include free rotation and flat repair for the life of the tire. Used tire shops sell inspected take-offs for a fraction of the price of new ones, useful for an older car or a single replacement. Wheel and rim shops repair bent or curb-scraped wheels, refinish them and sell aftermarket sets. Seasonal demand peaks before winter in the northern states and before summer road trips everywhere.

Lubbock is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. Getting around Lubbock is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Texas's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Rented a Uhaul trailer from this tire shop. The staff were very helpful and accommodating with hooking up the trailer and getting me on the road. Heard Nate talk to customers about tires and he was very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this place based on their customer service.

The guy who answered the phone was very helpful, the whole reason I decided to come to this tire shop. I was given a set price of 230 for 2 wheels and 95 for an alignment. Some lady at the front upped the price all the way to 275, we asked for her to call Tommy because that's who I had spoke to and she said she was leaving it at 240 although Tommy said 230. This is how you loose business not respecting your prices whoever is at the front isn't good for business. Make sure you record your phone call if you call this place if not the front desk lady will rip you off.

This business appears legitimate, but my experience was extremely disappointing. I had a tire serviced here, and the lug nuts were improperly installed or over-torqued. As a result, the wheel studs broke, and the tire came off while the vehicle was in motion, causing an accident. When I returned to the shop to address the issue, the owners were unprofessional and dismissive. They refused to take responsibility for the damage, did not offer to cover repairs, and did not replace the tire. Proper torque is a basic safety requirement for any tire shop. The lack of accountability and professionalism shown here was unacceptable. Any claims suggesting otherwise would be inaccurate, as I have receipts and documentation supporting this review. At the time of writing, this issue remains unresolved.
